Herbalism - A Talk with Stephaney Allinson

We are pleased to be hosting Stephaney Allinson, a practicing herbalist of 10 years and a member of the College of Practitioners of Phytotherapy and the National Institute of Medical Herbalists.

There will be a short overview of what herbal medicine is with a few notes on harvesting herbs.

We will be discussing Birch, Chickweed, Coltsfoot, Dandelion and Nettles. 

The handout will include a small monograph on each of these herbs as well as at least one recipe for each of the herb - either food or simple medicine for everyone to use and enjoy.
