Herbalism Talk, Hay Fever

Spring has sprung! The birds are quite loud now, flowers are popping their heads up and the crocus, narcissus and hyacinth herald the warmer weather to come.

Which, is all very lovely, except if you have hay fever. And since it is impossible to live in a vacuum sealed box, spring can be a source of dread rather than joy for some.

Herbal medicine can be very useful for all kinds of things and hay fever is one of the things whose severity can be considerably reduced. If you do suffer,either greatly or not, this talk is probably worth coming to.
