What is Cacao Ceremony?

Cacao Ceremony is a traditional ritual that has been around for thousands of years, originating all the way back to Mayan and Aztec traditions in Central and South America, used for spiritual, medicinal and ceremonial purposes and creative guidance. Nowadays it is just a lovely way of getting people together in a circle, where we can connect and gather in an alternative way.

What to expect?

Sharing Circle

A great opportunity to connect with like-minded people, make friends and let go of what does not serves you anymore. Everything at the ceremony is optional and if you prefer just sit back and relax, that’s perfectly fine too!

Gentle Yoga Practice

Connecting with our body and self through gentle movement and breath.

The practice will be mostly sitting, no previous yoga experiences needed.

We will practice embodiment and intuitive movement.

Guided Meditation and Relaxation

Every Full Moon has its own special energy, depending on Astrology, Season and what is happening at that time with the rest of our existence.

You will be guided through relaxation exercises and connecting with the current energy.
