Global Tribe first opened its doors in 1999 and we have since served thousands of customers with tonnes of crystals, from 25p tumbled stones to £5000 Amethyst geodes.

 

We are proud to be one of the only retail outlets in the UK who selects the majority of our crystals from suppliers with whom we have a personal link. We currently import crystals directly from Brasil, Chile, Peru, Sri Lanka and Afghanistan, and are working with some contacts in India and Siberia. In 2012 we began forging links in Tanzania as well. We operate a strict fair trade policy, making a discerning effort to source the highest quality ethical crystals, jewellery and produce that we can.

 

At Global Tribe we pride ourselves on inclusivity and respect for all of our customers. We are open to suggestions on how we can improve our service so, if there is any product you cannot find, feel free to call or email us. Often customers are on the look-out for something personal and unique to their interests, and we are always willing to offer advice or recommendations.

 

Since 2018 our second floor has become a bookshop with an extensive range, as well as selling salt lamps, tarot and oracle cards. Our coffeeshop also serves vegan cake and offers a selection of plant-based milks.

The top floor of the building is home to our newly-renovated workshop and therapy rooms. Currently, we offer: yoga, chiropody, reiki, spiritual healing and tarot readings.

 

Our vision for Global Tribe is to provide a space of sanctuary and community spirit in the hustle and bustle of Leeds City Centre. Here people can gather without judgement to enjoy a cuppa at our bookshop/coffeeshop 

upstairs or to simply browse the crystals on our first floor.
