Deep Meditation Course - 25th February
We would like to invite you to a 3 day course of deep meditation brought to you by experienced meditation practitioners and teachers Mario and Bev.
You will learn tools to aid deep relaxation and techniques for breath meditation. Explore how sound resonates your energy system with various mantras. You will be given a Personal Mantra for your own use for deeper meditation and spiritual transformation.
When done properly, meditation has the power to positively transform your life and help you answer the deeper philosophical questions into the cause of your existence.
